What the service provides
Stack Harmony is designed to provide source-linked educational assessments of a submitted supplement routine, including timing and interactions where the evidence supports them. It does not provide medical care, personalized dosage advice or instructions to change prescribed treatment. Missing or unchecked evidence is not a finding that a combination is safe.
The consumer service is intended for generally healthy adults aged 18 or older who meet the intake eligibility requirements. Complete and accurate entries, product details and confirmed medication instructions are necessary for an assessment.
One-time assessment
The working offer is $29 for one assessment of the selected saved stack, delivered as a PDF attached to a short email. A membership is not required. An input-backup JSON file is separate from the assessment.
The expected delivery window is usually minutes, but sometimes 1–2 hours. This is an estimate, not a measured delivery guarantee. If a report is missing, contact support before purchasing again.
Monthly membership
The working offer is $12 per month for a maintained stack profile, report history and one revised assessment per paid month. Harmony is planned for a later release and is not included in the initial paid release. When released, active subscribers will receive 30 engagements (conversations, each of which may include multiple questions and follow-up messages) per monthly window. Additional-report pricing is not yet set.
A renewal notice is scheduled four days before each renewal. After successful payment, we email a paid-in-full receipt to your confirmed account address. Manage renewal from Membership. Canceling renewal does not itself issue a refund or delete your saved records. Deleting a saved profile does not cancel the subscription. Existing unpaid charges may still be due.
After your paid membership period ends, you have two calendar months to download membership records. Older membership history is then restricted, but you can still view and edit your current routine and buy a one-time assessment. Independently purchased reports keep their separate access. A new paid membership restores access to retained membership history; it cannot restore deleted or expired records. Access restriction does not delete records. Production records are intended to be retained without automatic deletion. Production retention and advance-notice delivery still need verification before customer use.
Corrections and assessment availability
Review the saved version before checkout. A useful, supported assessment must be available before payment can open, with its scope and known evidence gaps disclosed. Reports may omit unsupported scores or schedules. A report containing only evidence gaps does not count as a successfully delivered paid assessment. Editing a routine creates information for a future assessment; it does not change a report already delivered.
If information is missing or processing fails, the account should explain the next step. Report requests remain subject to available purchased credits, paid membership periods and evidence coverage.
Refunds and help
Purchases are non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. This policy does not limit your statutory rights. For billing questions, unexpected charges or a report problem, contact support with the receipt reference and date. Do not include card numbers or health records.
Harmony assistant allowance
Harmony is not included in the initial paid release. When released, it is included for all active Consumer subscribers, including customers on the founding promotion. Single-report purchases do not provide assistant access, regardless of the number purchased.
The planned allowance after Harmony launches is 30 engagements per monthly window. After using them, you can request two extra engagements for that window only. This automatic exception is available once per account and does not reset on renewal or resubscription. Unused engagements do not roll over. An account email confirms the exception. Further requests require contacting support with a reason; there are no automatic paid overages.
